We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue. We typically remake damaged items at no additional cost. For your protection, please double-check all personalisation details before completing your order. Note this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Recommended Method:
Use Command™ 3M Velcro Picture Hanging Strips (for painted walls only). For wallpaper, textured, or coated walls, opt for pre-drilled holes (request at checkout in notes) and secure with screws.

Check Weight Limits

  • Match the strip’s weight capacity to your sign (refer to 3M’s guide).

 Prep Your Surface

  • Clean walls with isopropyl alcohol and let dry before applying strips.

 Wall Finish Matters

  • Command Strips are removable but may lift paint or delicate finishes. Test in an inconspicuous area first.
